This is the foundation! Tammy will curate a group of images, colors, and design elements to inspire the look and concept of your project.

Space Plan & Elevations

Tammy provides you with a 2D and 3D floor plan and applicable floor elevations to focus on improving flow and functionality of each space. Tammy’s computer animated design tools will be sent to your contractor/builder/architect to implement the design.

Finishes Selection

Tammy will design every detail of your project for a cohesive and beautiful interior design plan. From start to finishing detail selections such as the tile and hardwood, fixtures, lighting, faucets, layered fabrics, countertops, wallpaper and all other items on the contract punch list.

Furniture Selection

Tammy will select furnishings with attention to all the details—lifestyle, scale, color, and budget flow and develop a design plan that has professional scale functionality, proportion, balance of symmetry and all other principles of interior design. Tammy will work together on choosing the finishing touches to elevate your design and tell your story.

Video Walkthrough

Tammy will send you videos you can use to review your project with your builder or refer back to them as you order products for your new space.
